ftech Corporation is a professional SAW devices and RF(Radio Frequency) system design and manufacture company. ftech is established in November 2000, located at a famous industrial sector in Taiwan which named Tainan Science-based Industrial Park. |

ftech provide high performance SAW devices foundry service for customers, we have 4-inch wafer Fab facility including class 1000 and class 100 clean rooms. Our production lines are able to process 0.4um width devices which up to 2.4GHz, and we can process most of piezo-electronic SAW wafers also with crystal, LiNbO3(LN) LiTaO3(LT) and LBO. |

Our major RF products are state of art GPS modules and related GPS integrated products such as Automotive in-Car GPS Navigator, Person Navigation Device (PND), Bluetooth GPS receiver, mouse type GPS Receiver, GPS Tracking Device and GPS antennas. We also provide design and manufacture service for various RF systems in ISM band,ZigBee,RFID and GSM/GPRS/CDMA field. |
